
From the hills of Rwanda, through the farmers’ hands, to the washing station, and then finally to our roastery, each coffee bean is handled with care and excellence. Rwandan coffee carries a balance of bright and creamy notes, floral aromas and a medium acidity. Each roast pronounces its own, unique characteristics ranging from light, sweet citrus and cherry notes to creamy cocoa notes with hints of almond or walnut.

Macchiato-- is a two-layered drink: It's basically an espresso with a small amount of foamed milk on top. Latte--Three layered drink with 1/3 espresso, 2/3 hot milk and a layer of steamed milk. Cappuccino: Also a three-layered drink but with more foamed milk than the Latte.
It's not a particular type of bean, roast or blend. Espresso is just a way coffee is prepared: Shooting hot pressurized water through finely ground coffee.
